20mm: Metallics
Foil-backed crystal glass tiles are growing in popularity and are well suited for upmarket installations. Made from high quality float glass that is textured and hand-painted, foil colours are first epoxy bonded onto the back. Afterwards, the finish is protected by the application of a hard-wearing fusible material heat-bonded in a linear kiln. The result is exceptional resistance to chipping and peeling when nipping these tiles. The firing of the tiles rounds and softens the edges for a lovely smooth surface. Each tile is 20mm² and 4.5mm thick. 1 sheet = 196 tiles and 1m² ≈ 11 sheets.
We wrap and package orders carefully to avoid damage and breakage, however, due to the nature of glass, ceramic, and porcelain, damage may occur in shipping. All tiles and accessories are shipped at your own risk.
