Teardrops

Molded ceramic teardrops in high-gloss brilliant colour. Our oval petals have been so popular we decided to add another shape for variety and choice. After asking customers the shape they found the hardest to find or make we decided on the Teardrop. We have combined two sizes to give the most versatility and variety. The larger is a delicate long teardrop of 30mm and just 10mm at its widest point. The smaller is a classic drop shape of 15mm long and 8mm wide. Both are 5mm thick. Together they can be combined to make flowers, ferns, trees, or Art Deco borders. They are ideal for combining with ceramic and porcelain tesserae and smalti. The tiles are UVA-resistant, but for outside use, please seal the back with diluted PVA or Primer G. Cut using wheeled nippers. 50g = ±30 pieces.
